So basically, what I've made so far is the plain buildings and the street lights. The tools I used were the move tool, the scale tool, and the rotate tool. Positioning the buildings to where the alley looked continuous and not a straight line kind of sucked (mainly because I kind of sucked at ROTATIONS), but I got it so that's okay. The street lights were made using the component type selection tool and messing with the position of vertices.
